The lyric of this song is so many that over my expected. The translation is not as easy as my imagination.
However, I still enjoy the process. The official translate the name of this song is " Lost in connection". Yet the meaning of "mí tú gāo yáng", is "A lamb lost its way". We just like the lamb. The Lamb lost its way, and we lost our way in life.
I'm really into this song. Every time when I lost myself and have self-doubt, I always recall this song. It talks about the young generation the voice from the bottom of their hearts. We all have the pressure that we must to be successful and earn a lot of money. However, it is not so easy. How many people lost themselves on the way to success? Does anyone remember the innocent in their heart? When I have the stress of life, I always question myself. "Does I really want to live in this way?"
This song strikes a strong chord with the audience. On some accept, it also shows the common situation in a generation. Especially for me, now I living in foreign country, and granny is my closest family member. In Taiwan, there are many children live with grandparent not their parent.
